• How do I order my digital images?

Browse for your favourite image and click on it. Click the “ADD” button. Continue this process until your cart is full. Now, select “VIEW CART / CHECKOUT“. Enter “Coupon Code” (If applicable). Once you’re satisfied with your selection, enter your name and email then click “PAY WITH PAYPAL” or “PAY WITH CARD“.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account. Confirm your Pay Pal information then click “CONTINUE“. Please ensure the email associated with your Pay Pal account is valid. Next you’ll see an Order details page. It states that your order will be shipped to your address, ignore that, see the next question.
  2. Enter your card info then click pay.
  3. *** ENSURE YOUR EMAIL IS VALID. CHECK YOUR SPELLING. YOUR PICTURES WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDE AT THE CHECKOUT. WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INVALID OR MISSPELLED EMAIL ADDRESSES.

 

  • I paid but I haven’t gotten my images.
  1. Check your Junk/Spam/Other mailboxes. 
  2. Pease allow up to 24 hours.
  3. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Threads. We will post updates there if there are any website or email issues. 
  4. Please do not file a claim with your payment provider because you haven’t received your pictures (see #1)

 

  • Why can’t I download my image(s)?

We do things a little differently than the other guys. We manage our own website and to keep our cost down we only have basic storage with our web host. Unfortunately our gallery settings won’t allow us to remove the “Digital Downloads” buttons. To get our galleries online as fast as possible, we only edit what we sell. Once payment has been received, we process the image(s) then email them to you. Please check your Junk/Spam email often after a purchase and add [email protected] and [email protected] to your safe sender list.

 

  • What do I get?

You will receive a 1920×1280 300dpi Hi-Res digital image. This is a handy size for us to email. It’s a handy size for social media sharing and it makes a decent size print. Larger images may be available upon special request. 

 

  • How long will it take? When do I get my image?

Please allow up to 24 hrs to process your images. On rare occasions we may need more time. We will contact you via email if this situation arises. We will do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.

 

  • Will there be a watermark on my image?

No.

The purchased image is for personal use only (for display on personal websites, social media, computers and for making prints for personal use). Images may not be used for commercial purposes or re-sold. Any images intended for commercial use is not permitted without consent from Pedal Power Photography.
